Basic

£9.50 per month

Annual check, clean and peace of mind for your boiler.

£19.50 per month

Breakdown cover for your boiler and the parts most likely to fail.

  • Boiler breakdowns.
  • Controls including thermostats, programmers and timers.
  • Central heating pump and valves.
  • Diverter valves and zone valves.

Newer, manufacturer-warrantied boilers fitted by us save £3 a month on our Standard and Premium plans.

What's Excluded

  • Commercial properties.
  • Removal of asbestos.
  • Customer-inflicted accidental damage (for example, nailed pipes).
  • Customer-requested modifications to a previous installation.
  • Work required due to decorating or DIY.
  • Power flushing.
  • Damage caused by improper use.
  • Scale or hard-water damage.
  • Electrical faults other than wiring we have carried out.
  • Burst pipes due to freezing with inadequate lagging that we have not installed.
  • Remedial work to correct pre-existing system or design faults.
  • Regulation changes forcing remedial work (for example, hatches for flues in voids).
  • Damage to property resulting from a leak caused by failure of parts or components (only the parts that are damaged or failed are covered).

How Your Care Plan Works

Get in touch

Tell us a few details about your home and your boiler. Spring or early summer is a good time to plan ahead before winter.

We inspect first

We schedule an engineer to inspect your boiler and heating system. We tell you about any work needed before the care plan begins.

Cover starts

Once you sign the agreement, your cover begins. Plans run for a minimum of 12 months and are reviewed each year to keep cover right for your boiler.
